Carol could not have been more wonderful in terms of helping us buy a house. Not only were we first-time home buyers, we were completing the transaction from Africa.(!!) Everyone said we were being unreasonable, but as a mother I really wanted to have a home set up for our children when we moved to the Dartmouth area. Especially after our year abroad. They are tired of moving!

Carol was so understanding, helpful and patient. When she takes you to see a house, she is frank, honest, and looks for things—bad and good—you might never see. She won’t talk you out of a bad idea house—everyone has different dreams!—but she will tell you exactly what the pros and cons will be. Then, during the buying process, she is amazingly thorough, organized, and informative.  She also really stays in your corner in terms of pricing and negotiating. And she managed to do all of it while only able to reach us over Skype. We’d recommend Carol to any buyer, truly. She is a real pro.
