In 1980, the population of Grantham was 704 residents, that number increased to 3,459 in the 2020 census with many of those residents now living full time in Eastman. Eastman contains approximately 1,000 single family homes with about 700 distributed throughout the rest of Grantham. In addition Eastman has 335 condos, most of which are located along the Lake or golf course.
