Demographics
In 1980, the population of Grantham was 704 residents, that number increased to 3,459 in the 2020 census with many of those residents now living full time in Eastman. Eastman contains approximately 1,000 single family homes with about 700 distributed throughout the rest of Grantham. In addition Eastman has 335 condos, most of which are located along the Lake or golf course.

Eastman offers a variety of recreational opportunities with its beautiful beaches, golf course, groomed Nordic trails, tennis, recreation center with its indoor pool and a variety of hiking trails. Forbes Tavern located within the clubhouse offers great food with exceptional ease after a round of golf or a day at the beach. The Farmers Table Cafe located just outside Eastman also provides a great place to dine or grab some take out on the way home. Once outside Eastman Grantham offers a variety of housing options within the communities of Olde Farms, Gray Ledges along with a variety of in town and rural homes.
Education
Grantham is a popular choice for parents with the well regarded Grantham Village School serving K-6 with kids then moving on to Lebanon Middle School and Lebanon High School.
