Recently we have seen dramatic shifts in where people live relative to their work as the pandemic accelerated the evolution of remote working options for many occupations. The past 10 years of historically low interest rates decelerated home sales as Sellers have stayed put. As rates now rise to moderate levels Buyers face both decreasing affordability and a diminished inventory of homes. Much has changed in the business and it is time we change as well.
After 32 years working exclusively for Buyers, we have decided it is time for us to adapt our business model.
