As EXCLUSIVE buyer agents, we represent ONLY Buyers, NEVER Sellers. As exclusive buyer agents we are legally bound to serve our clients with loyalty, obedience, disclosure, confidentiality, reasonable care, diligence, without any conflict of interest. Conflicts of interest can and do occur with other firms that represent both sellers and buyers.
Are all buyer agents exclusive?
NO! If a real estate firm represents both buyers and sellers, a buyer agent from that firm could end up representing both the buyer and seller in the same transaction. When this happens, it isn’t possible to obtain the best price and best terms for the two opposing parties in that transaction. That’s why Housing Solutions Real Estate, LLC has chosen to be an exclusive buyer agency. We never represent the seller. As our client, we always represent your best interest
What Makes an Exclusive Buyer Agent?
Your Housing Solutions agent must act at all times solely in the best interests of his/her client(s) to the exclusion of all other interests, including the agents own self-interest.

Your Housing Solutions agent is obligated to safeguard your confidential information. Any of your ‘secrets’ that your agent learns during the time of the agency relationship continues to be confidential — forever — even after the agency relationship ends. At the same time, though, your agent is obligated to disclose to you any sensitive information that s/he learns about the other party.
Your Housing Solutions agent is obligated to disclose to you all relevant and material information about the property known to the agent (except if it is confidential information obtained through another fiduciary relationship).
Negotiate the Best Price & Terms
Your Housing Solutions agent will negotiate on your behalf, as our client, to provide a protective cushion in the discussions, to provide advice and support during your decision-making process and to obtain the best price and terms.
Your Housing Solutions agent has a fiduciary responsibility to you, the client. The agent is legally required to be faithful to the clients best interests, even at the expense of the agents own, personal interests.
